We love getting creative in the kitchen, especially with our very own mushies! We strive to use 100% of the mushrooms we are unable to sell, for whatever reason (we hate to be wasteful!) and turn them into something exciting, healthy and delicious! We hope it inspires you to add mushrooms into your own dishes if you don't already... not only are they a delightful mouth-watering treat, but they also offer numerous health benefits and are filled with nutrients- not to mention, a great meat substitute as well! They are such a wonderful addition to so many of the recipes we already make and sometimes they just seem to be the missing ingredient we have been looking for!
